the sutras for successful & useful creation of IMA-A.P.STATE web site& its maintainance :
  • complete database creation of 18000 member's particulars-address, lifemembership number, welfare scheme membership number,fraternity payment particulars, default status, etc... .
  • constitution of STATE IMA and all welfare scheme's regulations & by-laws.(PPW ,FBS, APPA FSS ,HEALTH INSURANCE ); AND THEIR proformas,applications.
  • all types of forms in downloadable state.- life membership quadruplicates, transfer forms, scheme's application forms, branche's monthly report forms, award application forms.
  • hyperlinks to -all state IMA ,national IMA web sites. and to all medical websites & journals.
  • unemployment / wanted list of DOCTORS,PARAMEDICS,NURSING STAFF.
  • equipment ( first or second hand ) sale ads.
  • every member should have their own username & password to operate their accounts regarding welfare schemes fraternity bills and its payment particulars.
  • every week, the website content should be refreshed and content should be uploaded if necessary. information regarding fraternity bills ,action committee activities, and other activities of state IMA, and photos of functions , state IMA's suggestions & guide lines to local branches.
  • govt.'s health policy,medical council activities, should be monitored on wekly basis and uploaded relevant news if necessary.
  • all acts -- -indian medical degrees act,IMC act,drugs& magic remedies act,PNDT act, PRIVATE NURSINGHOME REGULATION ACT, relevant to medical profession should be there.
  • the member's feed back should be viewed and act accordingly. of course it should be an interactive website.
  • member's grievance's sholud be addressed on weekly basis.
  • complete list of state office bearers and local branch president & secretary list, and list of state& central council reps. should be there.
  • different wings of IMA and their functional status, and application forms for CGP ,AMS and diploma in family medicine should be displayed.
  • the branches would send their monthly reports via mail.
  • alerts -regarding conferences, council meetings, management committe meets & state ,central working commiitte meetings, health emergency measures, public-private mix programs schedules.
  • after succesful utilisation of this basic website, we can impart "payment gate way" for online payments.
