Once again happy &merry new year
and prosperous pongal.
It’s a pleasant opportunity for you and your branch to win some accolades & awards, if your branch can follow these simple steps-----
• I would like to bring to your notice that the activities of branches couldn’t reach our desk, except from very few branches. So,I request all the branches to send their activities bi-monthly at the minimum.
• Observe all important IMA days.
• Get acquinted and arrange frequent interaction with govt.authorities- police, revenue, health, judiciary and other NGO organizations to maintain good public relations.
• Be in touch with D.M&H.O to get register hospitals, labs, clinics in compliance with A.P. private medical establishment regulation act.
• Encourage the members to establish minimum 5 DOT centers in your branch purview.
• Encourage the members to display the charges of surgeries and other services in both languages.
• Appraise the members to display “medical protection act” in both languages in their reception zones.
• Enroll minimum 10 new life members before august-09.
• Send complete list of your branch members including their mobile numbers.
• Organize periodical vaccination especially hepatitis-b and cervical cancer screening camps.
• Invite the state president DR.N.KISHORE & national president-elect DR.G.SAMARAM to your branch to have a good interaction & better understanding about IMA.
It’s my request to you; let us do some thing positive to our association & to the common man.
The association is based mainly on its branch member’s participation and their commitment.
As our state IMA office is going gradually to be paperless , all the members requested to send their mail ID, CELL PHONE number to the state office at the earliest possible time.
Those who want IMA life membership applications, welfare scheme applications, IMA logo lapel pins ( the cost of each is Rs.50/- which has to be sent by D.D. ), please write to the state IMA office.
