SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION NUMBER HAS TO BE MENTIONED IN HOSPITAL CLAIM INVOICE, SUBMITTED TO HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES.

All hospitals which are having tie-up with health insurance companies must get the service tax registration number. i am also attaching application for getting this S.T. REG.number in downloadable form in our state web site. Hospitals has to apply in excise department.

those hospitals has to mention this number during invoice and final billing submitted to insurance companies. then the insurance companies will pay the service tax.
